Well CoCo has come to live with us and I can truly say that she is one of the sweetest mares and if she doesn't sell to a good home she will have a home her for as long as her owner wants her to be here. 
She is so easy to get along with and integrated into our herd with not even one squeal or kick up from anyone.
We're going to be pretty picky as to the home she gets if you know the fox trotter and their true temperament then double that and that's what you have in CoCo.  Her staying at our place won't hurt my feelings at all.
